The situation of people in prison will be the theme of another panel that makes up the program of the 3rd. International Conference on Health Innovation. The panel “Prison System”, mediated by Janaína Rodrigues, researcher of the Laboratory for Technological Innovation in Health (LAIS), brings the importance of the educational and health areas in the formation and training of each individual inserted in the prison context.
Inaugurating the panel will be the lecture “Education and citizenship in prison environments through cinema”, given by Sara Trindade, professor at the University of Coimbra. After the presentation, the panel will feature the Talk Show “The importance of the Formative Trail in the Prison System: ‘Beyond Walls’ – The Triad of the Deprived of Liberty, Criminal Police Officer and Health Professional”, with the presence of Eloiza Gomes, professor at the Multidisciplinary Institute of Human Formation with Technology of the Rio de Janeiro State University (Sigla/UERJ); Janaína Rodrigues; Ronaldo Melo, also a member of Sigla/UERJ; and Sara Trindade. Closing the panel, there will be a lecture on “Networked Digital Education in Prison Spaces – The Virtual Campus Educonline@Prison”, presented by Antônio Moreira, professor at the Open University of Portugal (UAb).
